PE Compression Female Threaded Tee

PE Compression Female Threaded Tee branches a PE pipe run in the same way as the standard equal tee, but with a female-threaded branch outlet instead of a third compression port. Two ports continue the main line using standard compression connections, while the branch presents a female thread for a tap, valve, or small accessory.
This fitting is used specifically where the branch connection needs to accept a male-threaded component rather than continuing as PE pipe — for example, adding a threaded tap-off point to an irrigation main without needing an additional adapter fitting at that location.

Application Scenarios & Installation

This fitting is commonly used to add a threaded tap, small valve, or gauge connection to a main PE supply line in irrigation and rural water systems. Because compression connections require no fusion equipment, it is a practical way to add this kind of branch to an existing line in the field.
Installation follows the same general process as other compression tees, with the added step of connecting the threaded branch to its mating component using an appropriate sealant. As with the female threaded coupling and elbow, care should be taken not to over-tighten the threaded connection.
